Right of withdrawal

This page applies to consumers: people who buy for their own use, not for a business. Buying is not open yet; this page describes how withdrawal will work when it opens.

Your right

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day of the purchase.

A ZephyrQL license is digital content that we deliver at once. At checkout you can tick a separate, empty box: "I ask for immediate delivery and I accept that I lose my right of withdrawal when delivery starts." We confirm your choice by e-mail, with these terms, before the license is delivered. If you tick it, you cannot withdraw after delivery. If you do not tick it, the license starts after the 14 days.

Before you buy, you can try every feature for 7 days for free.

How to withdraw

While your right of withdrawal applies, use "Withdraw from purchase" on your account page at license.zephyrql.com, or send a clear statement to support@zephyrql.com or to UptimeVanguard, De Ambacht HOUSE-NO-TBD, 4681 CV Nieuw-Vossemeer, Netherlands. Send it before the 14 days end. We confirm your withdrawal by e-mail at once. You may use the form below; you do not have to. We refund the full payment within 14 days, with the same payment method, and end the license.
